If you’ve ever wondered whether dogs can understand and feel when they’re abandoned, Cassie will give you the answer. This sad dog was once part of a family until the owner decided that he doesn’t need her anymore. Cassie’s owner took her to a local kill shelter and left her behind!
Cassie put her paw on owner’s leg, looking him with sadness like she was begging him not to leave her there.
Cassie’s sadness and love didn’t affect on her owner, he left her at the shelter.
Cassie now lives in a shelter where there’s a “60 days expiration day”.
“First of all, this dog is the cutest things we’ve ever seen in years. She’s now terrified and she needs an owner. She needs someone who can promise her to love her forever and keep her safe,” said a volunteer at the local shelter where Cassy was left.
