Jose from Columbus, Wisconsin, divorced his wife, became homeless and was obligated to live in his car. This didn’t stop him from getting a dog. He named the dog Chaos since he was filled with energy and happiness.
“Chaos helped me through so much in my life – I took him everywhere with me!” says Jose.
One day Jose took Chaos to a friend’s house and asked his friend to take care of Chaos until he finds a place to live. When Jose got settled, his friend refused to give Chaos back. 2 years have gone by and Jose got a call from “Winnebago County Services”. They told Jose that the microchip showed that Chaos was his dog.
“We are unsure if the dog was abandoned or just got out accidentally,” the shelter said.
“I was speechless. I couldn’t stop smiling. I couldn’t believe this was happening,” says Jose.
