  • 3 tbsp. honey

Preparation:

Put the horseradish in the blender and blend. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice in the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. Add 3 tbsp. of honey and blend until you get a syrupy mixture. Once everything is blended put the syrup in a jar.

Daily Dose: 

Take 1 tbsp. of the syrup, twice a day before having a meal. Consume the syrup for 3 weeks and then take a break for a couple days.
