1. Coconut Oil

It promotes re-pigmentation of your skin and it heals chronic inflammations. It contains antifungal and antibacterial properties. Apply some oil on your white patches 2-3 times a day.

2. Copper

It improves the melanin production in your body. Grab a copper vessel and add water in it. Let it stay overnight and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

3. Turmeric

Mix 5 tbsp. turmeric with 1 cup of mustard oil and apply the mixture on the discolored area. Apply it 2 times a day.

4. Ginkgo Biloba

It contains antioxidants that can help you reduce the progress of the disease. Take 40-80mg. 3 times a day. Consult your doctor for the dosage.

5. Ginger

Ginger can help you improve melanin production and improve your blood circulation. Apply a few ginger slices on your skin and leave it until dries. Repeat the procedure twice a day for a few weeks.

6. Red Clay

Red clay is rich in copper which is able to restore the skin pigment. Mix some red clay with ginger juice and apply the mixture on the affected area. Leave it to dry and then wash it off. Do this for couple of months.

7. Apple Cider Vinegar

It can help you destroy the fungi that cause white patches. Mix apple cider vinegar with water and apply the mixture on your patches twice a day for a month.

You can also add berries in your diet since they act like a natural de-pigmentation agent. Also start eating more foods rich in B12 such as cabbage, spinach, dried figs, walnuts etc. Avoid seafood and red meat.
