Ingredients:

  • 1 big lemon
  • 200 ml. honey
  • 1 ginger root
  • A big jar

Preparation:

Carefully wash the lemon and chop the ginger to pieces. Add them in a blender and blend until they’re smooth. Add the honey. Mix until you get an even paste like syrup.

Put the syrup in a jar and keep it in the freezer.

Daily Dose: 

Take 1 tbsp. a day. You can add your healthy syrup in your tea also.
