Going Into Fall – Fitness & Vacation Ideas

The leaves are changing colors and it’s time to be outside. This is the best time of the year for many Mom’s and women as it gives you a chance to be outside with your kids more. You don’t have to sweat in the hot hot sun and the weather is just right to go to some soccer or football games. However, don’t let this get you out of your summer fitness and vacation goals. If you wanted to shed weight before the summer, don’t give up that dream now. Below are some tips and guides to keeping yourself healthy and having fun!

Reset and evaluate your fitness goals

If you had a goal to lose 5 pounds at the start of the year, well you still have 4 months to do it! Review your fitness goals and plan accordingly. For instance, my goal was to get smooth abs and a 6 pack by June. I came close but when it didn’t happen I lose some hope. After reading BuildtheMuscle ab tips I started on it again and should get the six pack I wanted by the end of the year. This will make for better goals and resolutions at the start of 2017.

Take that vacation if you skipped it in the Summer

Many people plan a summer vacation and then with all the things that come up before you know it school is back in session and that trip never happened. Because this is the ‘slow’ time of the year, typically resorts and hotels are giving better than normal deals for users to come stay at their place. Recently, I booked a vacation home on beach front property in Northcoast Village with OntheSand. It was well worth the money and we got in late September when the rates were better than they had been all of summer. If the vacation you wanted didn’t happen, go make it happen by finding some of the last minute vacation deals out there!

Both of these tips will make your fall more enjoyable by sticking with your fitness goals and not letting a pre-planned trip go to waste.
