Face Yoga: Erase Your Wrinkles and Rejuvenate Your Skin

1. For Vertical Lines on Your Face

Place the tip of your fingers on your forehead, close to your hairline. Relax the muscles on your face and lift your forehead with your fingers. Do 10 repetitions.

2. For Wrinkles Between Your Eyebrows

Put your index finger between your brows. Scowl and with your index finger push your eye brows aside. Do 10 repetitions.

3. For Tightening Your Forehead

Twist your index fingers in an arch and place them on your eye brows. While lifting your brows, use your index fingers to push your brows downwards. Hold that position and count to 10. Do 10 repetitions.

4. For Tightening Your Cheeks and Jaw

Lay on your back and relax all your muscles. Start circling your jaw. Open your mouth, then spread your lips and join your upper and lower teeth. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Do 10 repetitions.
