Don’t have to get up a few hours before going to work to prepare lunch, all you need is a bit of organization. In just one day you can prepare lunch for the upcoming working week. Try this extremely tasty and nutritive meal that you and your family will love!
- 600gr. (21 oz.) chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 ½ tbsp. sesame
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 small bell peppers (sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 green onion (sliced)
Cut the chicken breasts and put in a pan. Add some oil, salt and pepper and cook the meat over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, soya sauce, honey, sesame and cook until the sauce gets thick.
Remove the chicken from the pan, leaving the sauce. In the sauce, add the onion, peppers and broccoli. Mix everything, cover with the lid and let it cook for a few minutes or until vegetables are softened.
Cook some rice, add the veggies and chicken on top and some sesame and green onions to garnish.
