Counting our blessings makes us realized that things are not that bad after all. The reason some women are stressed is as a result of sleeplessness; they have time for so many things but no time to sleep. A good night rest refreshes the mind, the body and also helps to eliminate the risk of sickness caused by stress.

Get your “me” time

As a woman, you do a lot of things for a lot of people. However, you hardly find time to do things for yourself. It is one hundred percent okay to have your “me” time; it helps get rid of stress and energize you for other duties.
