Enjoy this Cherry Smoothie in the hot summer days and be more energetic.
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- ½ fresh lemon juiced
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (fat or not)
- A few ice cubes
- 2 drops almond extract
Place all the ingredients in a blender, add quartered banana, yogurt and lemon juice. Blend the ingredients with a mixer for a minute, then add the few ice cubes (about five blocks) and mix all ingredients until smooth.
At the end, drop almond extract (you can use vanilla extract if you are not fun of the almond taste).
