Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

This deliciously creamy smoothie will definitely satisfy your cravings, and it’s also very nutritious.

If you enjoy the taste of the plain yogurt and the blueberries – the real treasures of nature, start the day off with this breakfast smoothie recipe for more energy through the entire day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain and unflavored yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp honey (or natural sweetener)
  •  Ice cubes

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients (yogurt, blueberries, milk, a handful of ice and honey) into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.  Pour in cold glass and serve immediately.

Preparation time is only 5 minutes.

Tips:  For more nutrition you can add 1 tbsp of rolled oats. You can replace the blueberries with raspberries or strawberries and enjoy the new taste.
