1. Glute bridge

Lie on the floor with knees bent and feet flat. Raise your hips so that your body forms a straight line. Lift your right knee to your chest. Lower your back to the start and then lift your left knee.

2. Rotating extension

Get into push up position. Keep your core engaged and arms straight. Shift your weight onto your left arm, rotate your torso to the right and then raise your arm towards the ceiling. Your body should form a T. Hold for 3 seconds and then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
