Stand straight and inhale deeply. Blow your cheeks out and hold the air inside. Transfer the air from one cheek to another. Hold the air as long as possible. Do 10 reps.

3. Giraffe Face

Look up and stretch your neck. Push your tongue against the top of your mouth. Use your index fingers to pull the skin on your neck downwards. Hold for 25 seconds. Get back into starting position and repeat again.

4. Frown Face

Place your index fingers on the outer corners of your brows and your middle fingers against your inner corners. Apply some pressure with your fingers and bring your brows down. Make a frown. Hold for 2 seconds, then relax. Do 8 reps.

Smile as widely as you can. Wrinkle your nose. Stop smiling and pucker your lips. With your fingers, pull your chin down while your mouth remains closed. Repeat the smile and pucker. Hold each expression for 5 seconds. Do 10 reps.
