These extremely delicious and easy to prep frozen yogurt delights will make you forget all about ice cream!
1. Salted Caramel Yogurt Popsicles
- 2 ½ Cups vanilla yogurt, 4 -5.3 oz. containers
- 1/3 Cup vanilla cashew milk
- ½ Cup 15-Minute salted caramel sauce
Heat ½ of the caramel in your microwave for 20 seconds. In a small bowl, put the yogurt and milk and add the melted caramel. Mix everything well. Grab the remaining caramel and slightly heat it, for 5-10 seconds. Add that caramel into the mixture and make large swirls with a knife to create caramel ribbons inside. Fill your popsicle molds and place them in the freezer.
2. Peanut Butter + Banana Frozen Yogurt
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 8 oz. Greek style yogurt
- 2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- 4 Graham crackers
Place the Greek yogurt, frozen bananas, peanut butter, sweet condensed milk and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Place in a container and into the freezer. To serve, crush some Graham crackers and add them on top of your peanut butter and banana frozen yogurt.
3. Frozen Smoothie Bars
- 4 oz. strawberries
- 4 oz. raspberries
- 4 oz. blueberries
- 1 quart plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ honey
- 1 ½ cups granola
Put the strawberries and raspberries in a pot and cook them on medium heat. Cook until the mixture thickens, 10-15 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool. Do the same with the blueberries. In a big bowl, add the milk, Greek yogurt and honey and mix. Pour 1 tablespoon of yogurt in each mold, 1 tablespoon of granola and then 1 tablespoon of fruit jam. Repeat until you completely fill the molds. Add the popsicle sticks and place them in the freezer.
4. Strawberry Frozen Yogurt in Lemon Bowls
- 1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ lemon
- 4 tbsp. Agave syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place the mixture in a container and freezer. Chop the lemons in half, remove the middle and place them on a cake pan. Put the pan cake in the freezer so that the lemon bowls freeze. To serve, scoop out some yogurt and place it inside the bowl. Not only tasty but also pretty decorative.
